What this site does

This public website helps people learn about The Latter House, Inc. and move to approved ministry, worship, registration, inquiry, giving, and social-media destinations.

Registered-student access

The Latter House Academy Student Portal uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify the current visitor. The email associated with that sign-in is compared with the Academy's active course-access list. It is used to determine whether the visitor may enter the private course dashboard and download registered-student materials. Student email addresses, course access, private Zoom information, and course documents are not displayed on public Academy pages.

Course documents are provided only for the personal educational use of registered students. Academy classes are not recorded, and students may not record, screenshot, reproduce, publish, sell, redistribute, or share private course content or personal classroom disclosures.

Information you choose to submit

The website includes native prayer, first-visit, ministry connection, and Stay Connected forms. The information you choose to provide is stored in a protected ministry system and used only to review, route, and respond to the pathway you selected. Prayer requests are handled according to the visibility choice made on the form. Contact preferences are not permission to publish a story, testimony, prayer request, photograph, or personal information.

Some specialized pages also connect to Tally inquiry forms, SurveyMonkey registration, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Givelify, Cash App, and other third-party services. Information submitted through those services is governed by the purpose shown there and the provider’s applicable privacy practices.

Do not submit passwords, full financial-account information, medical records, legal documents, emergency information, or other highly sensitive personal information through ministry inquiry forms.

Website forms are not monitored as emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical, legal, safeguarding, or crisis assistance, contact 911 or the appropriate qualified service.

Website traffic and ministry-action measurement

This site uses privacy-conscious, first-party measurement to understand aggregate visits, pageviews, referring domains, campaign codes, and clicks from the website to approved ministry destinations. This helps The Latter House understand which public resources and ministry pathways are useful and where clearer navigation may be needed.

During a browser-tab session, the site may temporarily retain the landing page and campaign source so an outbound ministry action can be attributed to the appropriate campaign. The measurement system records that a form was completed but does not copy names, email addresses, phone numbers, prayer requests, or form answers into analytics. It also does not store payment information, full destination URLs, IP addresses, or cross-site advertising identifiers.

Public journey measurement also counts first-visit pathway clicks, teaching and resource-finder source clicks, daily formation and weekly recap openings, successful browser saves, and calendar file download requests. Repeated formation openings are recognized only within the same browser-tab session. Search words, selected-resource details, saved-list contents, prayer content, and private reflections are not collected in these action records. Authorized owner-only reporting may show aggregate prayer and connection queue statuses without request details.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may also be used for aggregate traffic and website-performance reporting. It is configured as a privacy-first measurement service rather than an advertising profile or cross-site tracking system.
