- Join from a space where you can listen, participate, and protect class conversation.
- Review the weekly material sent by email before class.
- Enter 10–15 minutes early so technical issues do not consume instruction time.
Learning covenant
Live formation requires participation.
- Classes are conducted live through Zoom and are not recorded.
- The certificate benchmark is 75% attendance, with reasonable pastoral discretion for legitimate circumstances.
- Active participation and completion of the final assignment are expected.
- Protect the confidentiality of personal matters discussed in the learning environment.
- Do not redistribute the Zoom link or private course material.
Registered students
Your classroom link remains private.
The Academy uses one private Zoom link for Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday classes. Registered students receive it by email; it is never displayed on the public website. Use the email address you provided during registration and keep your classroom email where you can find it.
Your student packet arrives approximately seven days before your first class. Your Zoom link, technology instructions, and Lesson 1 brief follow approximately 72 hours before class, with a reminder on opening morning. If you register after those messages have gone out, contact the Academy for your materials and next-class instructions.
Email is the official channel for course materials, classroom access, and updates. Add LatterHouseAcademy@gmail.com to your contacts and check your spam or junk folder. No formal orientation or portal sign-in is required to join class. Portal access instructions will be sent separately when available.
